Wow, what a summer!  It only seems like yesterday that we pulled into Cobb's Marina back in Norfolk.  A lot has been done.  The boat now has 4 opening ports, a new dodger, new interior cushions as well a fresh coat of Awl Grip on the coach house.  Hampshire Rose is looking good!  On top of all of that we were dealing with getting the house ready to sell and made the mistake of not keeping a sharp out on the guy we hired.  Four months later & he still was not done.  Well, it is done now there is  a For Sale sign in the yard and we are getting ready for another trip south albeit a month later than we intended.  If all goes well today we will pull out tomorrow (Wed 10/1) for points south.

We had planned on taking the Dismal Swamp route but now are not so sure.  We will keep you posted.
